Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at individuals who have a good understanding and skill level of the products, equipment, and methods used in automotive detailing but wish to further that knowledge and skillset - delving into more specific and demanding areas of detailing.
A course designed for the enthusiast and professional detailers alike, that builds on fundamentals learned from VG Introduction to Detailing.
The Purpose of this Class
To get hands on experience and learning to correct paintwork and applying ceramic coating to a full car.
Our Teaching Objective
The Advanced Detailing lesson aims to expose participants to a high standard of detailing surface preparation with an emphasis on working safely but efficiently in a professional environment. A focus will be placed on using various professional grade tools, equipment, and products to both increase productivity and render higher standards of finished results. Students will also be exposed to the situational based circumstances that all detailers are faced with every day and guided through different scenarios to build their skill set in addressing various vehicles and levels of detailing in the future.
Program Delivery
The goal of this lesson is to give real time experience and get to know what is involved in the prep and application process of ceramic glass coatings.
The participants will be working together with the trainer to complete the job from start to finish. This will give the best hands on experience and expose any problems and solutions that come with paint correction.
All equipment is supplied but you can bring your own tools if you want to.
Lunch is included.
Day 1 starts at 9am and includes the following
Wheel and tyres cleaning
Wash and decontamination, Clay Decon.
Masking and Paint Correction.
Using Different Machines for light and heavy scratch removal.
Ceramic coating preparation
Applying Ceramic coating.
Finishing the vehicle.
If Needed Day 2 Starts at 9.30am
Refund Policy
Products that are unused.
Products that are new and show no signs of wear to either the product or the packaging.
If you have ordered a colour that does not match and CAN NOT be blended without notice by a professional spray painter we will rectify the colour and return to you at no extra cost.
If you believe the colour is mixed wrong it will need to be returned to us for assessment.
You may be charged for the return freight and refunded once the colour is assessed and rectified.
If the colour is wrong and you have applied it to the job, we take no responsibility for any loss of time or product. Colours must be checked and approved by the applicator before it is used.
Touch up paint that is applied by brush will not match exactly and will not be refunded unless the colour is entirely different. eg green was ordered and you received white.

When do items need to be returned by?
Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.
Where do items need to be returned to?
All returns must be sent to VG Auto Paints 11 Amax Ave Girraween NSW 2145
How do I return items?
After you've emailed us we will get in contact with you. Items must be packaged securely and well protected. Items damaged in transit back to us will not be exchanged. Please include your name and order reference number.
Packing materials?
All returned items must include original, undamaged packaging materials with the return.
Will I be charged for returns?
If the return reason is valid, we will cover the cost of returns. Valid reasons include: incorrectly supplied products and faulty products.
If you have ordered a colour that does not match and CAN NOT be blended without notice by a professional spray painter we will rectify the colour and return to you at no extra cost.

If you were wanting to swap over to an alternate product in the same product you will be liable for the shipping both ways.
Change of mind, wrong size ordered or simply "not liking" a product or colour is not covered by VG Auto Paints and you will need to pay for shipping both ways.
What next?
Once the return is received we will dispatch the replacement product or you will be given store credit to use online or in store. Your return will be processed within 2 business days of the item returning to us.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. In other cases returns will be issued with either a replacement item or store credit which you can use at a later date.
