Alsa Chrome & Black Base

Kit include

2k Solid Black (chrome base) & Chrome paint. Clear needs to be purchased separately

This is the closest we can get to chrome with spray paint. The chrome must go over gloss 2k black.

Note 1: For this Chrome finish to be achieved it takes a high quality gloss black finish.

Note 2: Chrome must be sprayed very sparingly – with a small nozzle 0.5 to 1mm – If you spray it like normal paint it will just look silver and you will use it all up very quick.

Left without clear the finish looks great and can be cleaned gently with a cloth however it will come off if rubbed and needs a clear if the parts are going to be touched or handled.

Note 3: The chrome looks great with no clear but its not durable – you can wipe it off if rubbed with your finger. Normal 2k clear wont stick properly, use our 701 metal clear.

Step 1: Spray 2k Black Paint – (2k gloss finish)
Step 2: Spray very fine coats of Chrome Paint (wait 4 days for black to cure)
Step 3: Spray 701 Metal chrome clear (wait 2 days for chrome to cure)
